Reports can be access from the main menu, they are designed to capture and seamless build reports based on vital information.
Let's break down the three sections in reports.
The main bar graph at the top of the screen highlights the volume of activity generated by you/your team.
Actioned Leads: Unique number of records that have been actioned.
Info Emails Sent: Represents the number of 1:1 emails (known also as info emails) sent.
Number of Calls: Represents the volume of records that have notes logged as calls.
Inbound Leads Received: Represents the number of leads received via web forms/Webform api
Sanity OS only display's these if they have been generated, in other words they appear seamlessly where applicable.
Team Performance automatically builds a pie chart on activity from your team based on the number of records they have updated. Clicking the username will DRILL DOWN all graphs for that respective user so you can see what their activity is attributed to in a single click.
Positive Records is visible in the same drop down menu, this shows which users have achieve the most positive updates.
Appointments displays which users have booked the most appointments
These three key performance indicators can help you paint a picture on your teams activity and point you to who may need support. They are easy to digest and understand and enable you to drill down easily.
The above shows the default KPI's (positive, negative, unreachable) these are basic indicators of how your data is perceived and the outcome of your sales and prospecting efforts of any given period of time.
The drop menu contains all of the custom drop downs in your lead forms so if for example you have a drop down called "Deal Stage" you can see how many records are attributed to your stage. All of your drop downs are seamlessly visualised in this neat graph.
You can choose the date range for your report and even Share it with stakeholders who may not have a login (so that you can offer a visual gauge of your business activities without needing to ask them to login).
