Inbound leads are records that have been created through web forms on Finepoints CRM or through the web forms API.
Whenever someone completes your web form anyone in your team that has permission to the database it belongs to will get an email notification advising that there is a new lead.
The notification alarm will show +1 under leads and contacts.
Opening inbound leads will display a table of unread (also known as unactioned) records.
Click the open icon to take action on the inbound lead, once its saved and updated it will be added to your regular leads and contacts table and no longer show in the inbound leads inbox table.
