Navigate to Leads and Contacts located under Lead management in the main menu.
Here you will find a list of your leads and contacts, you can drill down into particular databases or view all databases together.
Hint: If you wish to filter leads and contacts using custom fields you will need to select 1 database at a time before using the filter menu.
Segmenting with custom fields:
You can segment your leads and contacts in any particular database by selecting your database and then clicking Filters > More Options
The box below will appear containing all the fields you created when setting up your lead form:
Using this window you may select any option from your lead forms as a data point to search from. Click the + icon to add another data point or use the - icon to remove a selection. Left blank, the date fields will include all date ranges. When you're done filtering you can click Search and the table will display results accordingly according to your selection.
Default filters work across all of your databases (so you can make use of them on one or all of your databases). These default filters can be found in the main Filters menu and are:
Outcome: Positive, Negative and Unreachable
Appointment Booked: For records that have had an appointment booked
Leads Actioned: Filter records based on whether or not they have ever been updated
Updated: Quick filter for finding records updated within 7 days or the last 24 hours
Emails: Filter records that have had a 1:1 email sent, opened or clicked
You may use these filters in conjunction with one another (multiple select).
You can use the search bar located besides the Database drop down on the leads and contacts page to search for virtually any record in any database using any keyword.
You can even use this to include multiple keywords such as a name and company name to narrow results and add as many factors into search as you like (keywords separated by comma's).
